Have a 2007 Chevy Malibu 2.2L LT with 140,000 miles on it that cranks but does not start. New spark plugs. New battery. New crankshaft position sensor. Getting spark at all four cylinders. No codes thrown besides P0449. Can hear fuel pump priming. Will not start with starter fluid. Code is for rich condition. Flood on cold start could be do to a faulty engine temperature sensor. You need to see what temp. ECT sensor is reading on a cold start via scan tool. Check inlet temp. also.
