There are mods that will artificially skew the numbers and allow for higher level wild dinos. Search difficulty modifiers or dino level cap in the workshop. I dont think there is a way to do it via the .ini files yourself. Ive tried before in single pkayer to set the difficulty to 5 (when the bar only goes to 1) max dino spawn I saw was 150.
