The CAT's just mimic the NCLEX test conditions. For example, I just took the CAT 2 and it shut off at 75 q's with a green overall, just like my CAT 1. I'd say the Kaplan FLs were more useful to get used to sitting for the full 6 hours of testing and for obscure content review.
