It has a big A5 whiplash which feels odd for many people playing, and just isn't as fleshed out as Demon. Sage sorcerer is honestly the worst sorcerer to use for Lich, Other sorcerer classes use CHA which will give insane HP in lategame, rendering some of the fights people get stuck one far easier. Consider brown fur transmuter. The stuff that class can do is sheer insanity. I believe so but from what I've heard you don't get full undead until late game, so I wouldn't recommend dumping con completely.
