Litter robot says offline.
The “full” message doesn’t mean full. Think of the low fuel message in your car. Doesn’t mean you’re out of gas. It’s just a warning. As per the LR 4 manual, once you get a Drawer Full notification, if you ignore it, you’ll get four more such notifications before it really is full and the blue light bar flashes.

All notification settings are set to yes. Thanks I’m advance. Two things: Make sure the robot is still connected to the internet. The app will say “Offline” if it isn’t. If it is connected, please log out from the app, then close out the app. Reopen the app and log back in. That will reset the app to Whisker’s servers.
