We do gi on M/Tu, nogi W/Th/F, open mat on Sat/Sun is both but mostly no-gi. Morning and evening classes. Instruction is focused on fundamentals and pressure, not a lot of berimbolo type stuff. We have a significant number of women, including 2 brown belts, but no women's class. We do have a sweet wrestling class though.
