Sig 716i heard good things, but also heard customer service/support sucks, and I have no clue on Aero because I don’t know much about them. The Aero and Sig have a 16-16.5in barrel and the SFAR have two options the 16in or the 20in barrel.
The Sig 716i has also won military contracts and the Indian Army is buying something like 70k of them. If you are asking this question you are probably better off buying a 716i, a good optic and an upgraded trigger, then going out and shooting a bunch. If you ever get to the point you feel the 716i is holding you back upgrade to a better rifle.
